Jeremy Baumann - Injured, lame, slow... if this was 80 years ago, they'd have taken me out in a field and shot me. Here's the story, y'all - had a lumbar disc injury for the past few years, but it turned into a serious ruptured disc. Now it's healing up and I'm generally not in much pain, and ready to see if I can throw mid or long distances and maybe start running again. Seeking a patient partner to throw with, maybe another rehab-ing frisbee player? Maybe I'll surprise myself and be able to play and run, I just don't know, but definitely looking fwd to testing the waters. I live in Saug near Palenville, and am in Woodstock often, so always open to throwing a disc on non-game days. Send a note if you'd like to chat, whether or not I make it out to the field tomorrow. I saw the survey but missed it because i was wicked busy, my two cents: the medical professionals I know suggest touching things is not driving the spread as was initially thought, rather it’s breathing in aerosolized particles in enclosed spaces. 2nd, out of 7000 traced cases in China only a single case was spread outside and that was because people we’re speaking face-to-face for a prolonged period of time. (As stated in the New York Times) A.k.a. you basically need to try to get Covid outside, Because the viral load will simply not be enough to breach a healthy immune system.
