Jonas Ben Telson - Mark the ticks are just vectors. The disease is caused by a spirochette that is easily detected and treated. The adrenal glands serve a number of purposes including salt balance, sex hormone production and dealing with physiological stress, but their relationship with the immune system is less direct and although a valid concern I don't believe they are affected by smoking cannabis. Also if your adrenals were "depleted" you'd be dead or a lot more sick; it's called Fredrichson-Waterhouse Syndrome in its acute form, or Addison's in its chronic form. BTW the strongest association established for long term weed smoking is schizophrenia and is linked with early teen smoking. IMHO you probably don't have lyme... you're crazy.
