About the percentages here:
Apart from the silly "99%" choice, these selections are in 20% increments and thus have an implied margin of error of +/-10%. This is accepted engineering notation. Thus, selecting "60%" means anywhere from 50% to 70%, and selecting "100%" means anywhere from 90% to 100%. Will is indeed at 100%, because he comes more often than 9 out of 10 times.

Mark. I have your disc. I am planning to bring it on this day. @Mark: If you note, I traditionally start my percentages low, then raise them as game time draws nigh. I worry regularly that I will be eaten by wombats, you see, and the closer the game gets, the less likely it is that the wombats will devour me first.
