Mark Bernard (you) - We've gotten 10x more new people on the mailing list this year than in any previous year, so you'd think it'd be better.

I have a theory: I think people sign-up for a few games that don't ever get enough players to happen, and then give up. In order to build momentum for this kind of game, that needs 8+ many people to play, we have to be consistently signing up until we get the numbers.
